CellBloxk Barbie is a platform operated by SupaMane Technologies LLC. All content appearing on this Platform is uploaded by independent content creators ("Creators") who are solely responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and related regulations.

Record-Keeping Requirements

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, all Creators on this Platform are required to maintain records demonstrating that all performers depicted in their content were at least 18 years of age at the time of production. By uploading content to the Platform, each Creator certifies that they are the primary producer of the content and that all age verification records are maintained at their business location.

Exemption Statement

SupaMane Technologies LLC is not the primary producer (as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2257) of any visual content found on the Platform. The Platform operates as a hosting service and content distribution platform. The individual Creators who upload content to the Platform are the primary producers and are responsible for maintaining all required records. The Platform requires all Creators to certify compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 as a condition of their use of the Platform.

Platform Obligations

While SupaMane Technologies LLC claims the hosting platform exemption under 18 U.S.C. 2257, we take the following steps to ensure compliance across the Platform: all Creators must verify their identity before uploading content; all Creators must certify that performers depicted in their content are at least 18 years of age; we promptly investigate and remove any content reported to involve minors or non-consenting individuals; we cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations regarding any content on the Platform; we maintain records of Creator identity verification in accordance with applicable regulations.
