Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CellBloxk Barbie (the "Platform"), operated by SupaMane Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar beyond the scope of the Platform's intended use, or otherwise objectionable. Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. Upload content involving minors or any non-consenting individuals. Use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful technologies. Attempt to circumvent any content protection, access control, or payment systems. Scrape, download, or redistribute any content from the Platform without explicit permission. Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.

4. Creator Accounts

Creators are users who upload content to the Platform. By becoming a Creator, you represent and warrant that: all content you upload is original or you have the right to distribute it; all individuals depicted in your content are at least 18 years of age and have given their informed, written consent; you will comply with all applicable laws, including record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. 2257; you understand that the Company takes a platform fee of 20% on all transactions related to your content.

5. Credits and Payments

The Platform uses a virtual credit system ("Credits" or "Commissary"). Credits are purchased with real currency via Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law. Credits may be used to subscribe to Creators, tip Creators, and unlock pay-per-view content. Creators earn Credits through subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view sales, subject to the platform fee. Creator payouts are processed according to our payout schedule and are subject to identity verification and tax reporting requirements. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and packages at any time.

6. Content Ownership and License

Creators retain ownership of all content they upload to the Platform. By uploading content, Creators grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote the content on the Platform. This license terminates when the Creator removes the content or deletes their account, except as needed for backup, archival, or legal compliance purposes. Users may not download, redistribute, record, or re-upload any content from the Platform without the express written permission of the content Creator.

7. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform: any content depicting minors; non-consensual content of any kind; content depicting or promoting violence, abuse, or exploitation; content that violates any applicable law; content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others; content promoting illegal drug use or trafficking; content containing personally identifiable information of third parties without consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any Credits remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause are forfeited. If we terminate your account without cause, we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to withdraw any remaining Creator earnings.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any user-generated content posted on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SupaMane Technologies LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [Your County/State].

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
